provide tailor made tours and can arrange customised coach pick ups for 10
passengers or more, so if you and your friends are after a different type of
holiday, a bespoke holiday may be just what you are looking for. Throughout
the year we offer familiarisation trips to various venues, register with us and
we will keep you updated with news and offers on a regular basis. Dunwood operate an Annual Conference to thank all of our Group Organisers for
their hard work and dedication throughout the year, all Group Organisers will
automatically be invited to this V.I.P. specialist event.
Tailor Made Holidays
Dunwood can tailor make any holiday for you. You choose your destination, duration and dates of travel along with your preferred coach pick-up points from anywhere within the UK, we will then provide you with a holiday to meet the specific requirements of your group. We are able to offer quotes on all overseas holidays for your group travel.

Dunwood also arrange bespoke departure routes and make special arrangements for all group pick ups within or outside of our regular catchment area. Dunwood offer full executive coaches and for those who have members with walking difficulties or perhaps confined to a wheelchair, we have vehicles with tail-lift facilities. Dunwood operate with our own fleet of 49, 51, 53 seaters and a tail-lift coach, along with minibuses to assist with local feeders.

Our Group Sales & Operations Team affords continuous support, a wealth of travel and group experience, personalised points of sale material and an excellent standard of customer service. Managed by Mandy Hill, with more than 25 years experience in the Group Travel market, Mandy is united with Stuart Parker & Zoe Poston. Mandy, Stuart & Zoe will be happy to check any holiday enquiry for you and provide information and assistance as required. Stuart Parker handles group bookings and also deals with coach operations. Zoe offers the best level of customer service in the business, she really makes you feel comfortable and will happily discuss any queries you may have. The Groups team have over 75 years combined experience within the group travel market and will provide you with the very best service. Our Admin team assist with all of the administration and marketing material for your group travel and will be happy to provide promotional literature as required to help you promote your chosen holiday to your group.
